Raèl was born in Baltimore, MD, a first generation only child to Senegalese-American parents. She began training as a dancer at age 3 and as an actress at age 10, after being accepted into one of the top acting magnet programs in the state, Sudbrook Magnet Middle. She continued to develop her craft in high school as an acting and opera major at the notorious Carver Center for Arts and Tech.
Following graduation Raèl relocated to NYC where she was cast in over 10 award winning indie films, her TV debut with the film "Maturing Youth"; All while receiving her BFA in Acting from Pace University School of Peforming Arts in Manhattan. A true Thespian, Raèl spent summers in Oxford, UK as a student of The British American Drama Academy - Yale School of Drama. There she closely studied and performed the work of Shakespeare, Aeschylus and Bernard Shaw alongside "Royal Shakespeare Company" veterans.
Rae'l traveled 3,000 miles to LA in 2021 and hasn't slowed down since.
When not on set, you can find Raèl in an improv show at UCB, creating online sketches, writing poetry, training in aerial (silks) at Cirque School and being an active member in the community,
